Dear class of 2020...

You made it! Despite countless foreseeable and unforseeable complications to your four(ish) years at college, you survived, thrived, and carved out a space you can call your own.

The 2016 elections were a hilariously awful start to your college experience, and the collapse of society and your educational program due to COVID-19 was a hilariously awful end. But surely, there's some stuff to celebrate in the middle! That period was mostly our own screw-ups, such as our plan to plow through the community feedback process and dump a football field right in a residential area that would only stand to lose. And what about our business school's forged test scores? Well, at least your hands are clean of that mess.

Despite the comedy of errors that happened during your years here, Temple is a pretty cool place to be. You got a good public institutiton education for a great price, so you can only blame us so far. You also became human during your college years, so that's something worth being proud of as you don't walk today. Persevence conquers!
